Lavender Culinary Sugar- 1 pint

Our culinary sugar is infused with natural L. Angustofolia lavender florets and aged to perfection.  A tablespoon of this sugar is a delicious addition to all kinds of bakery goods including muffins, cakes and cookies.  It pairs well with lemon, orange, ginger, berries, and vanilla ingrediants.  I've even heard it makes a delightful sugared rim on a special cocktail or iced tea glass.
